Refund and Returns Policy

1. INTRODUCTION

Welcome to NC-Deliveries LLC. By processing a payment and completing checkout, you are to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy (see separately). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. REFUND POLICY

Delivery Orders : All sales for live deliveries and products are final. No refunds will be issued once an order has been processed and billed.

Damaged Items: If any none flower items during live delivery arrive damaged, customers are eligible for replacements. To request a replacement, customers must contact customer service within 24hrs of receiving the damaged items. Photographic evidence of the damage may be required to process the request. 

3. CANCELLATION POLICY

Delivery Cancellation Window: Customers may cancel their delivery as long as they have not received and order out notification. Cancellation requests made after order out is none refundable.

Product Order Cancellation: Individual product orders may be canceled if the request is made before the order has been processed. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

Cancellation Process: To cancel a delivery order, customers must contact sales@nc-deliveries.com. In the subject header list the word cancel followed by your order number. You can also contact our customer service team directly. Customers will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation is successfully processed.

Refunds Upon Cancellation: All deliveries are non-refundable, canceling a delivery or product order will not result in a refund for any previously billed and fully processed items.

4. DELIVERY POLICY

Delivery Guarantee: We ensure that all deliveries are delivered to the address provided by the customer at the time of purchase. Our responsibility is limited to ensuring that the package is shipped to the provided address.

Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect addresses provided by the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery /shipping address is accurate and up-to-date.

Failed Deliveries /Shipping: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred to re-send the package.

Delivery Timeframe: Standard delivery times may vary depending on the customer’s location and the chosen delivery method selected. Customers will receive tracking information once their order has shipped to monitor the delivery status.
